Next Level Athletics we’ve noticed over the years that we have some athletes that are highly motivated understand the purpose and push towards that daily we also have athletes that want something and have high goals but their actions just don’t quite follow and the internal battle is showing them that their actions have to follow their goals or else their goals won’t happen. With this being said as an athlete and as we’ve talked about before the first thing you need to do is determine your goals. Once you have determined your goals and you know the direction you’re heading in you have to find the path to getting there. That path is typically not easily done and not wide open spaces it’s filled with tough times and grueling workouts and pushing yourself to the limits. But with that being said you have to know where you want to go and then be willing to apply yourself in that way. If you’re an athlete and you don’t have that drive and you don’t have that push and you can’t expect to get everything in more than you want. So if you’re nothing you’re trying to determine what you need to do to take your game to the next level then start dissecting what you do daily and how you’re giving yourself the upper hand to getting to where you want to be. If you’re not getting yourself to where you want to be and you’re not giving yourself the upper hand I don’t expect to reach your goals.
