Workouts and community that will push you to be the best version of yourself. Whether you are trying to get strong, lose weight, or just be healthy we have what you need. Every day is a new challenge with a structure to push you to your limits.
What to expect!
At Next Level Athletics we offer fun, energetic group training for all levels of fitness! What is group training? Group training is structured group workouts that are led by trainers who show you what to do, and watch to make sure you don’t get injured. We offer sessions 7 days a week, to help making your health a priority, fit into your schedule. They are around 35 minutes with warm up and cool down, so time can’t be an excuse! Our workouts are a different format everyday focused on weight loss and body toning. We also offer gentle flow yoga on Saturdays! This will help you to keep getting stronger and hitting those goals, without the boredom of repetitiveness.
We change our format every day to keep your body guessing, get in the fat burning and after burn zone, and burn those calories. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday are usually a full body mix of cardio and strength with different formats. They can be tabatas, EMOM’s, HIIT, AMRAP, and long intervals to build up athleticism and conditioning. These days you can expect different formats, exercises, and usually a bit more cardio. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our workouts are more strength based with less cardio than you will get the other days. These workouts are longer, slower intervals to really build muscle. Sundays are usually a total body true HIIT with :30 on and :30 off. We offer something different every single day to keep it fresh!
On Saturday, we offer gentle flow yoga. It is great for beginners and experts. It will help you increase flexibility. Increase muscle tone and strength. Increase respiration, energy, and vitality as well. It’s definitely a change of pace from our usual high energy workouts. Try it and see how great your body feels after a long week of bootcamp!
Every single exercise in our group fitness sessions, can be modified to your current fitness level. Do you have a specific injury? Let us know and we will always have a different exercise for you to do to prevent further injury. Are you scared of group fitness? Don’t be! Everyone is on their own fitness journey. We will start slow and make any modifications needed and you will still get a great workout! Are you an expert and think you won’t be challenged? Come on and bring it! We can always make modifications to make exercises harder as well. Like I said, we offer group training for all levels of fitness.
We also offer private training if you prefer that. This will vary depending on the individual wanting the training. Theses times will be based around our non peak times of sessions currently scheduled.
Our community is one of a kind! We genuinely care for each other and build each other up. This makes for a non-intimidating atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable at their current fitness level and achieve their goals. The energy of group training sessions make it easier to crush your workouts! Our community holds each other accountable, shows up together, motivates each other, and even share some laughs on the way. Fitness is fun with friends! We try to get together outside of working out together to build relationships as well. It helps you maintain the results you get from group fitness sessions, if you have positive influences around in the real world. We always offer a week for free so you can come to see for yourselves. Bring a friend to try it with you, or make a new one when you get here!
As far as time, our group training sessions are usually around 35 minutes. That’s including a warm-up and a cool-down. With the formats we use and HIIT training, you can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time, so you don’t need to be at the gym all day. Research has shown that HIIT burns 25-30 percent more calories than other forms of exercise. Another benefit to our group training is that your metabolic rate is higher for hours after you’ve completed your workout. This means you will burn calories just sitting on the couch after the workout. Our group training workouts are also designed to help you lose fat and gain muscle. We all want that, right? We offer 21 different times and days for our group training sessions, so there really isn’t an excuse to not do it! Just show up and your workout is planned, equipment is ready to go, and we will instruct you on what you need to do in our group training sessions.
Our trainers at next level care about you as an individual. You are not just a number or a face. We want YOU to succeed. All of our trainers take your weight loss and fitness goals seriously. We also will take the time to talk to you about any concerns you might have starting to do group training. We understand that losing weight and changing your habits can be challenging. Our goal is to help you overcome the challenges and hurdles that you face, so you can reach your goals! When starting group training, we can take it as slowly as we need to. We want you to be able to progress in our group training at your own pace through our structured workouts. We are here to help you reach your goals, make modifications, and bring out the best in you!
