The best reason I can give as to why you should be doing sports performance training is professional athletes. Name one professional athlete that does not do some form of sports performance training on a regular basis. With the way that technology is advancing in businesses are advancing sports performance training is more readily available than it has ever been. No longer do you have to switch performance training at your school or provided to you by Coach but you independently can go to an accredited organization to get sports performance training at a high level to take your game to the next level. Whether you’re the worst on the team or the absolute best and the team are in the nation if you’re not doing sports performance training you’re not learning from the best. With everything that we do we look to others that I’ve done and see how we can do it the same if not better than they have to. So, why don’t we do this with sports performance training? Why don’t we watch other pros do it how the pros train how the pros work and mirror that for our own athletic endeavors. If you’re not taking the advice of the things that you see from the best of the best then you’re not doing your due diligence as an athlete or as a parent. Sure factors could come into play like schedule or finances but if you can work around the schedule or the finances there really is no excuse. Not only the sports performance training help you perform at a higher level but it also prevents injury and again if you take notes from how the pros do it you know that avoiding injury could be the difference in a massive career to a letdown. If you don’t agree with that take Derrick Rose as an example from winning MVP to being one of the best players in the league to 20 ACL and just trying to be formidable for the teams he plays for. He went from the highest high down to average with one injury. No, I’m not saying the Derrick Rose was or wasn’t doing sports performance training because I don’t know but I can tell you that as a young athlete we’re doing sports performance training you were going to lessen the risk that goes along with playing sports. That was one piece of advice I would give everybody in the athletic community it’s watching for the pros do and try to do that yourself. Try to build such a strong foundation that when you’re at the point where you can build in progress out of it you can capitalize on that. Sports performance training is a great way to take your game to the next level and here at Next Level Athletics I wanna help you do that.
