What kind of group fitness classes do we offer at Next Level and how do we structure our workouts? The structure of our group fitness classes very simple. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays our classes are hybrid classes, which means they are a blend of strength, cardio, and core. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our classes are split between upper body and lower body and are based on strength. Saturdays are typically a higher intensity, full-body workout, which we follow with a yoga class for proper recovery. With each workout, they are designed to be easily modified for each person. If you’re someone who has suffered an injury or has an underlying health problem, our trainers are equipped with what you may need in your fitness regime. Each exercise always has a level one, level two, and level three to choose from, based on your fitness level. That means that each exercise can be modified in a way that works best for you, no matter what it is. And since our trainers are always circulating throughout the room, making sure that everyone is doing each exercise properly, they can also assist you in finding a modification that works for you. We structured our workouts this way so when each person is planning out their week for our group fitness classes, they can choose whether they want to come to hybrid days only, straight days only, or the perfect mix of both. Each week the workouts are completely different, so you will never hit the same workout twice. Our trainers design every single workout in our group fitness classes. Every exercise they choose always has an easier version or a harder version of that exercise. The goal with this is to target and benefit every single person that walks through our doors. We want every single person to feel comfortable and confident in our classes. If you’re looking for a fitness community to join, our group fitness classes are for you. If you’re interested in trying out one of our group fitness classes, the first class is always free and we would love to have you.
