This meaning I can’t control your overall Ruston recovery, your nutritional intake, your mental state, etc. as much as the training has a big factor in all these things these other elements could be even more important. So to accurately determine exactly what the right move is to increase your speed by 10% or even more that’s all but impossible. You would have to know the exact things to eat you would have to know the exact times to work out the exact days and amount of time to rest and so on. With this being said though I’m 100% certain that her training does work to develop and improve the overall speed that’s one area we see consistent improvement in overall speed development. So my answer to this parent is tough because it’s we’ve seen this in the past but it is almost impossible to predict what will happen for each individual because there are so many factors that come into play but through our training, we have seen consistent improvement in speed whether it be 10% 20% 1% or .01% depending on the time of year and all the other things we talked about as we can and change.
