At Next Level Athletics, our Team Training sessions provide a powerful way to build stronger, faster, and more explosive athletes while fostering unity across the roster. Each session is built on our proven performance philosophy, combining plyometrics, explosive movements, and non-traditional strength training to maximize results for every athlete on the team.
As a result, teams from across Tulsa and beyond have trusted us to elevate their athletes’ performance. We’ve trained Blitz, FC Tulsa Academy, Jenks Women’s Basketball, Booker T. Washington Men’s Soccer, JYD, D1 Ducks, West Side Alliance, Tulsa Greenwood Soccer Academy, Memorial High School Basketball, NOAH Volleyball, and many more. This track record highlights our ability to adapt to the needs of each sport while developing athletes who are faster, stronger, and more explosive on the field or court.
Therefore, our Team Training model is built to handle groups of up to 15 athletes at a time—or an entire roster if needed. Sessions can take place in-house at our facility or out-of-house at your school or training location, offering flexibility for coaches and programs. Each session is $150 in house or $200 out-of-house per hour, delivering elite-level coaching and performance training at a cost-effective team rate.
Furthermore, training focuses on multiple areas of athletic performance: strength, speed, agility, change of direction, explosiveness, and mobility. By targeting mechanics and building balanced athletic ability, athletes leave each session sharper, faster, and more prepared for competition.
