At Next Level Athletics, our Private Training sessions provide a personalized approach to building stronger, faster, and more explosive athletes. Unlike group training, these sessions focus intensely on mechanics—such as sprinting technique, force production, and vertical jump form—to maximize athletic performance. Each session follows our proven training philosophy, combining plyometrics, explosive exercises, and non-traditional strength training to unlock each athlete’s potential.

As a result, private training allows us to design individualized programs tailored to an athlete’s unique needs. For younger athletes, ages 7–12, the focus may be on mastering fundamentals, coordination, and mechanics that set the stage for long-term success. For older athletes, from 13 to professional level, the emphasis shifts toward advanced strength, speed, and explosiveness to push them to the next level in competitive sports. Each one-hour session is structured for high-impact, focused coaching that delivers measurable results.

Therefore, private training is strictly performance-based and not tied to sport-specific skills. For example, a volleyball player may come in for vertical jump training focused on mechanics and force production, but not for practicing ball handling or hitting. Furthermore, we leverage CoachNow software to analyze movement and diagnose minute mechanical changes that can’t be addressed in larger group settings. This allows our trainers to provide immediate feedback and corrections that accelerate performance improvements.

Thus, our private training is designed exclusively for athletes—whether they compete in football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, swimming, or other competitive sports. By targeting mechanics, speed, explosiveness, and agility, athletes build the physical tools necessary to dominate their sport.
