At Next Level Athletics, our Semi-Private Training sessions provide a focused and collaborative approach to building stronger, faster, and more explosive athletes. Unlike our Athlete Group Classes, these sessions are intentionally designed for 2–4 athletes who share similar goals, whether that’s improving vertical jump, refining sprint mechanics, or developing overall explosiveness. Each small group follows our proven training philosophy, combining plyometrics, explosive exercises, and non-traditional strength training to maximize performance.
As a result, semi-private training allows athletes to train alongside teammates, siblings, or friends while still receiving individualized coaching. For example, a group of three volleyball players may work together to improve their verticals, or siblings from different sports may train side by side on mechanics and agility. This format provides the motivation of shared effort while ensuring each athlete gets targeted feedback on their specific needs.
Therefore, semi-private training is strictly performance-based and not tied to sport-specific skills. While athletes may come from different backgrounds, the focus remains on movement quality, mechanics, and building transferable athletic tools like force production, speed, and agility. Our trainers tailor drills and corrections within the group to ensure every athlete makes measurable progress.
