Parent Questions

The stuff parents actually ask before booking.

Tap a question to expand.

Is the Baseline Assessment actually free?
Yes. No card on file, no commitment, no trial that auto-converts. Your athlete walks through a 30-minute filmed assessment, you get the data, and you decide what to do next. The first Performance Class and Movement Analysis are also free for new athletes.
How long does the assessment take?
About 30 minutes for the Baseline Assessment itself. If you want to stay for the Performance Class (same day, 60 minutes) and book the Movement Analysis (separate visit, 30 minutes with our head trainer), plan for roughly two hours total across the three visits.
What ages do you train?
8 through 18, plus collegiate and professional athletes. Our 8 to 12 age group runs in a separate session structure from the 13-plus group for safety and developmentally appropriate progressions.
What does my athlete need to bring or wear?
Athletic shoes (no cleats), comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. That is it. We provide everything else.
Do parents stay during the assessment?
Yes — for the first few minutes. We need a parent present at the start to complete the athlete questionnaire and sign the liability waiver. Once that is done, you are welcome to stay and watch in our viewing area or step out — completely up to you.
Are you going to pitch me a membership after?
No high-pressure pitch. After the assessment we tell you what we saw, email your baseline results to the email on file at no cost, and schedule your next two free intro visits: the Performance Class and the Movement Analysis. The Movement Analysis is the second visit, where we sit down with you and review every clip from the assessment together. No payment. No pitch. Just scheduling the next step.
