I’m a firm believer that you must find a very good mentor to follow with most of your life decisions or at least to pass your decisions by further insight. I’m also a believer that you should find a mentor for each area of your life or your career. By this I mean if you’re an athlete let’s say a professional soccer player do you have a mentor for the sport of soccer as a whole with that be a coach or another teammate. Also, believe that you should have a mentor for the school side of soccer the technique the little things you can improve on. And I also believe that you should have a mentor for the sports performance training side of soccer. Whether you want to use the word coach or mentor it’s someone that you trust and value their opinion that you can reach out to for areas that you might not know the answer to questions. Someone that can give you insight because they’ve been there and they’ve done that or someone that just has greater knowledge than you do. If you find that person I can help build up your knowledge through their experiences it will not only help you accelerate your game but whatever the area may be whether it’s live sports or performance training you’ll have somebody there who knows what they’re doing. For sports training, I am this for a lot of athletes that we have. I get sports performance training-related questions all the time daily. There are athletes that I get these questions from often, and there are athletes that never ask questions. Is one thing as a mentor that I would give us advice on is ask questions. Don’t ask pointless questions don’t ask questions just ask questions, but if you have areas that you are truly interested in gaining more knowledge over ask questions. Obviously, there’s a level of trust with sports performance training that I’m doing what I need to do for you so you don’t need to ask why we’re doing everything that we’re doing but if you’re asking for ways that you can do things better ways that you can become better than you’re being productive. Although you think that what you’re doing now is the max of everything that you could be doing you couldn’t do anymore while that may be true it’s probably not, especially when it comes to things like off-season or preseason workouts. First horse performance training there’s always little things you can do to enhance your level enhance your skill whether it’s balance work which takes no taxing energy and can be done while even watching TV or read the weather it’s recovery advice that helps you perform better on the court and in sports performance training and allows you to maximize every minute of work you’ve put in. At the end of the day, the goal is to be the best athlete possible so you should use all your resources and all your mentors to make this happen whether it’s a coach whether it’s a sports performance training instructor, or a skill development coach phone won’t work still increase your game if you need sports performance training to remember we always offer a free class doesn’t hesitate to reach outcome try a free class.
