So for example if your goal was to play professional volleyball but you need to start by making your high school team by making your top-level club team and performing at a high standard on those teams do you need to start by developing your overall abilities developing your vertical jump developing your reaction your hidden capabilities you’re passing in your settings. Once you begin to work on all these things you’ve done all of these things you can then look at the next step which should be to play in college ideally at a division one level since you want to play professionally and be the best of the best. So the things you do right now will affect the things that happen later that affect the other things that will happen and then get you to your goal. There are no set amount of things that you’ll have to do before you get to your goal it might just be one step but you also might have to take 10 or 20 steps to get to that goal. So in the idea of compounding if you are compounding my working daily on your mind on your physical on your all-around game then you’re gonna see those improvements overtime getting you to those goals that you have if you’re not doing these things then we’re not gonna be able to see any improvement in these areas which means or mental game or physical game and our overall game is weak and not performing the way we want to. You must address this for yourself and figure out what it is that you need to do to make sure that you’re compounding every day to get the goals that you want to achieve.
