Sports Performance Training Tulsa – I’m athletes mental mindset is one of the greatest advantages they can have over the competition. Not just talking about confidence but talking about the ability to flip the switch on and off from their way of thinking. As a sports performance training facility we see plenty of people struggle with a mental mindset not only on the field but while performing sports performance training mastering how to control your mindset through on the court and through sports performance training is crucial making sure you can flip that switch on and off to maximize all of your progress while playing and while on sports performance training as a vital asset. So how do we maximize the mental game to maximize overall progress? When it comes to training we need to have the ability to know when to be serious and want to have fun. Obviously, the baseline of sports is to have fun that’s why sports were created it but now we can have a future we can have a livelihood through sports which is also obviously appealing. Now sports have become more or less a job as well as the fun we need to find a way to balance the two. In a session tonight in our sports performance training I don’t athlete who struggles to switch the brain from all out to off they struggle to control that mental mindset from fun to serious getting a grasp of this could be the difference-maker in a successful athlete and someone who is not. This athlete has the potential to play at a very high level but if they don’t get a mental mindset where it needs to be they might not ever do so by being able to have a good time And have fun but when it’s time to start get serious and be able to switch on and off of that throughout training or throughout playing can be very crucial obviously all athletes goal should be to have fun so making sure that that’s a priority is key but also making sure that when it’s time to work you work harder than everyone else and you’re serious throughout your work getting as many repetitions or as the quality of repetitions as possible is very important. Put simply this athlete when they get serious they take everything as a challenge and they work hard all the time and in the end, played professional sports or they keep having fun they don’t know when to take it seriously when not to they have the mindset but they don’t know when to apply it and they never make it past the high school or college level for all athletes the goal is to play pro ball though. So getting a mental mindset to stride you towards your goals is key knowing that whenever it’s time to wrap things out it’s with the utmost seriousness whenever it’s time to figure out an exercise or get more reps and it’s with the utmost seriousness whenever it’s time to rest and relax then there’s a time that you can talk have a good time play. Don’t mistake the two if you have it to choose one when it comes to training and playing you should be more serious more than you should play theoretically especially when it’s crunch time hours everyone’s gonna have that time or they wanna have a good time so have that good time but make sure that while having a good time you’re striving to be the best you can possibly be in achieving the greatest accolades he possibly can.
