In this article we’re gonna go over the style of sports performance training that we perform at Next Level Athletics we’re also going to talk about how sports performance training works extremely well at developing athletic abilities. I Next Level Athletics will high-intensity interval training all designed around developing overall athleticism. The reason we do high-intensity interval training and we’ve chosen The style it’s pretty simple. A lot of sports performance training facilities that you go to do training in a group setting or individuals wait on others to be done with an exercise before they are to perform it. Well, this model isn’t wrong we see it is less efficient than the alternative. while waiting on someone to perform The exercise you have to a. hope they do the exercise quicker than you do b. Hope they don’t mess up the equipment in the process and c. Hope that they are aware of the exercise to be performed without having to have any extra coaching or help. Any of these things that occur can cause you to get less of a workout in if it takes them longer to get connected to equipment if they run into a hurdle or a cone or a ladder and it messes up the drill or if they’re on the way of the exercise to be performed or they do it at a much slower pace than you do this could hinder your work out. Pretty much the reasoning for our sports performance training style is the isolation of exercises for each individual we don’t want you waiting in line we don’t want you relying on that the person in front of you does it as well or better than you do for you to get a good workout. We set up our workout so it’s you your exercise in the clock there’s no waiting around there are eight stations there are 8 to 16 athletes per class. Currently, we have classes at eight individuals in the future would like to move to 16 once we have more trainers available for larger-scale classes. But with this, there’s equipment for each individual so you don’t have to worry about one individual messing it up for everyone else gets you in a 30-second clock you out as hard as you possibly can moving as quick as you possibly can, and then transition out while the other person goes. With our eight athletes and eight exercise design, it allows you to be the only one doing your workout for the in tire extent of the work out this means that in a full class of eight individuals working out they will all have their own exercise. On top of that we separate our athletes in the blue and gray athletes blue athletes all work out at the same time and graphics all work at the same time we do this because it allows one trainer in the class of eight athletes only have to focus on four at a time because there’s only four that will be performing the exercise this way there’s more intimate and intense training going on by the trainer while all the athletes give her adequate rest without missing a beat. Our sports performance training style has been shown to work time and time again we’ve seen massive increases and vertical up to five athletes increasing the vertical by 7 inches in two months I’ve seen older 36-year-old athletes increasing their verticals by 2 to 5 inches and just a few months I’ve seen a dramatic increase in speed and acceleration for a lot of our soccer basketball and baseball athletes and we’ve seen direct increases in agility creating faster change of direction and faster overall movement.
