Class Memberships

Pay every 4 weeks for a fixed number of sessions. Cancel anytime. No long-term commitment.

Standalone access for athletes who want the facility, the equipment, and the structure — without the group class format.

Full access to the NLA facility during scheduled Open Gym hours. Athletes train independently with coaches available on the floor for questions.

Private Training

1-on-1 with a head trainer.

For athletes who need focused work on a specific weakness, returning from injury, or want maximum coaching attention.

Private Training Session Packs

Buy sessions in packs (1 to 30 at a time). The bigger the pack, the lower the per-session rate. Members of any Unlimited Membership get an automatic member rate.

Semi-Private Training

Small groups. Focused coaching.

2 to 6 athletes per session. More personal than a group class, more cost-effective than 1-on-1.

Semi-Private Session Packs

60-minute sessions for small groups of 2 to 6 athletes. Each athlete buys their own pack. Includes a CoachNow profile for between-session feedback.

Programmed sessions for full teams — perfect for off-season blocks, in-season conditioning, or pre-season ramps. Larger packs include a team-wide baseline assessment.

Family Discount

Multiple athletes from the same household save more with each additional sibling. Up to 50% off the 4th athlete on Unlimited Memberships, up to 30% off on Class Memberships. Applied automatically at signup.

Movement Analysis day
Same-Day Discount

25% off your first month when you choose a membership on the same day as your Movement Analysis (Visit 2 of the free 3-Phase process). Stable policy, ~6 months running.

Seasonal & promotional
Other Discounts

Periodic seasonal promos and team-wide pricing throughout the year. Not advertised publicly — ask at the Movement Analysis what is currently running. We never run pressure-driven flash sales.

What is the difference between Unlimited and Class Memberships?
Unlimited Memberships are commitment-based (6 or 12 months) and let your athlete train as often as they want. Class Memberships are flexible — you pick how many sessions per 4-week period (4, 8, or 12), no long-term commitment, cancel anytime. Unlimited is the better value if your athlete trains 3+ times per week; Class is better for flexible schedules or sport-overlap weeks.
Can I switch between memberships?
Yes. Upgrades to Unlimited can happen anytime — the contract starts fresh on the day you upgrade. Downgrades from an Unlimited commitment plan happen at the end of your commitment term or are subject to a 40% early cancellation fee. Class Memberships can switch tiers (4 to 8 to 12) at the start of any new 4-week billing period.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Yes, for two qualifying reasons: a major injury (broken bones, torn ligaments, surgery — documentation may be requested) or moving out of state. Maximum hold length is 6 months. Must be requested 24 hours before next billing. Holds extend your contract end date by the pause length — you still owe the full commitment term of paid training.
What is the cancellation policy?
Universal 24-hour rule: cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your next billing date. On or after billing date means no refund — you finish the paid period and then terminate. Commitment plans (Unlimited 6-Month and 12-Month) carry a 40% early cancellation fee on the remaining contract balance.
Do you offer trial periods or month-to-month options?
Yes. The free 3-Phase intro process (Baseline Assessment + Performance Class + Movement Analysis) lets your athlete experience NLA in full before signing up — no card on file, no commitment. After that, Class Memberships are essentially month-to-month (every 4 weeks, cancel anytime). Drop-in single sessions are also available at $45 if you want to try one more class.
Where do exact prices come from?
Specific pricing is shared in person at your Movement Analysis (Visit 2 of the free 3-Phase process). That conversation includes the math on which membership actually fits your athlete and your goals — not just a number on a page. We give you the data, the recommendation, and the cost. The decision is yours.
