Each session lasts about 35 minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down, so time is never an excuse!
Our workouts change daily to keep things exciting, prevent burnout, and ensure you’re always challenging your body. Whether your goal is weight loss, body toning, or simply staying active, we have you covered.

Monday and Friday: Full-body workouts that are cardio focused, with formats like Tabata, EMOM, HIIT, and AMRAP. These sessions focus on athleticism, endurance, and overall cardio vascular health.

Tuesday and Thursday: These days are focused on strength training, using longer, slower intervals to help build muscle without heavy cardio.
