We’re not your average gym—we are a performance-focused training center built by athletes, for athletes. Our team is made up of former collegiate and professional athletes, certified strength and conditioning specialists, sports rehab professionals, and passionate mentors who are all committed to one goal: developing the best version of you.

Every athlete who walks through our doors is treated like family. We believe in relationships, not transactions. We take pride in knowing your goals, your story, and your “why”—and we’re here to push, guide, and support you every step of the way.


What We Do

At Next Level Athletics, we offer a complete suite of services designed to improve athletic performance for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. Here’s how we deliver real results:

Performance Assessments

Every journey starts with a Next Level Assessment, our proprietary evaluation system measuring key metrics like vertical jump, 20-yard dash, 5-10-5 agility, and broad jump. This gives us a baseline to personalize your training plan and track your progress over time. It’s not just testing—it’s a roadmap to peak performance.

Group Training (Ages 8–12 & 13–22)

Our age-specific group training programs are structured to meet athletes where they are in their development. We break our classes into two primary groups:

  • Youth (8–12 years old): Focus on movement mechanics, coordination, speed fundamentals, and body control in a fun and energetic setting.

  • Teen & Collegiate (13–22 years old): Emphasize speed, power, strength, mobility, and injury prevention. These sessions are high-intensity, goal-oriented, and sport-specific.

Each class is capped to ensure high energy without compromising individualized attention.

Private Training

Want to zero in on specific goals? Our 1-on-1 private training gives you unmatched focus and customization. Whether you’re recovering from injury, preparing for combines, or want to improve a key skill, this format delivers accelerated results through full attention from a top-tier coach.

Semi-Private Training

Small group, big results. Our semi-private sessions (2–4 athletes) combine the personalization of private training with the accountability and energy of a small group. It’s a cost-effective way to receive targeted feedback and progress tracking, while still training alongside peers.

Team Training

Bring your entire team and let us handle the training. Our custom team programs are ideal for high school, club, and collegiate programs looking to improve speed, strength, and chemistry in the offseason or in-season. We work directly with coaches to align training with team goals, schedules, and demands.

Open Gym

We also offer Open Gym access for experienced athletes who want flexibility. Perfect for those following their own program or coming in for extra reps. All Open Gym users still benefit from our professional facility, performance-focused environment, and access to elite equipment.

The Next Level App

Everything we do is supported by our custom athlete training app. From booking classes and checking your stats to tracking your progress and staying in touch with your trainer, our app keeps you connected and accountable no matter where you are.
